I have nothing in those columns but for melee it still auto unlearns and replaces, 0 in those columns for the melee and spell and they act different

Might need to be a lua/aio thing for that to work properly, when it comes to changing the ui api stuff for custom, AIO gets involved pretty quick, i am not 100% sure but thats normally the case

Would it be possible to have the Glyphs added on Character Creation? I'm looking to keep things clean as I'm building without a Custom Patch file

you can add the spells on creation for sure from the glyphs, but having them already installed in the UI may be possible but I dont think the code exists for that
