I decided to make a seperate thread for this just cause I figure there will be a lot of replies and questions.
Ok first download that file and rename it to speech2 or patch-5 or something like that.
Before putting it in, go to Scarlet Monestary, log out in the pool of water in the CATHEDRAL wing. Put the file in and log back on, tada there you are.
Now I know a few people are going to say "You shouldn't post this it's for the nogg quest" well I doubt anyone who needs to download the Azshara Crater file is going to be able to do the other parts of the nogg quest anyway.
