I've heard if you ask 5 times in a row then the cdn fairy turns up and will grant you 1 wish

Is there a guide and/or tool on porting animations from one M2 to another?
Specifically looking for the animporter.exe tool. Can't find a link for it.
EDIT: Found it on MC. A decent guide would be nice if anyone has one.
