I followed the steps here and tried making the server Build from scratch, but then the worldserver wouldn't start... I'm kinda new to this and have tried teaching myself but need to ask for help here, I don't want to lose all the progress on my old server
(TrinityCore 3.3.5a with NPCbots)

Yeah it says the given source directory for mysql.exe does not exist, but it does because I can still boot up my old server fine

You wouldn't lose any progress by switching to the Eluna fork, you'd just grab that source, add playerbots like you did in your old source and call it a day

It's arguably a lot easier to add playerbots to a source than adding eluna to a source

I would probably put down few hours and just move to azerothcore as it's easier for newbies with modules instead
