With armor calculations, it goes both ways right? As in how higher level u are the lower "armor damage recuction %" it shows and if something is lower level than you they do even less damage right?

I know retail showed like "damage reduction % against that target level" like the lower level something was the higher % rediction you'd have, and the lower % with the higer the enemy level is
