I have a quick question about spell scaling. I looked up r1 holy light on a WotLK db site (https://wotlk.evowow.com/?spell=635) and under scaling it says it has scales with 166% of spell power to direct component, but when looking up the spell in my database and stoneharry's editor the effectbonusmultiplier (I assume that's the SP/AP scaling of a spell) is listed as 0.481. How does that turn into 166%, or how exactly does AP/SP scaling work?
