You provide voice files to it to build a voice. Ideally those with only the speaker talking and with good quality. Our Arthas was generated for example by grabbing cinematic voice lines from the game files because they're clear voice audio with only Arthas speaking. Background noise or other audio can reduce the quality of the voice.
