But to answer, yes, it can be edited. But to saphiron, that'd be cumbersome and all around unfun. His model would cover up most of your screen, it'd mark it hard to see anything. In addition, his model isn't programmed to have a mounting animation spot. You'll be floating on his leg, and it looks really weird.

Alternatively, you can just open up the Ridable.csv in the folder of WoWModelViewer and it has the same info.
