Anyone know why a language wouldn't be preset and It would need to be selected manually before speaking - after character creation.

I just figured it out im quite sure, its Baselanguage field in Race.dbc file for anyone else

Target the mob, do `.npc info` (assuming that's the right command), and it should say at the top what its GUID is
