Spent a bit sifting through the configurations and managed to disable autodb updating entirely, Fixed my issue

just goign down my list of map.dbc entries trying to teleport, only instance type 0 locations work

for creating dungeons, there are lots of other dbcs and database tables you'll need to edit

first you'll need to set up MapDifficulty entries, then probably some `instance_template` entry (not sure if the latter is necessary just to enter)
