You can always get a row with a SQL query like "SELECT * FROM quest_template_addon WHERE ID = 1;", how the result looks depends on the software you're using

My main goal is to make the quest objective going to x location then finding target at said location and initiating gossip with that character then it gives the player the complete quest option as well as unlocks the next quest when exhausting the characters dialogue options
