SetTexture should have access to anything in the addon directory and well as blps in icons folders, so most likely any blp in the interface/ stuff

but since u normally have to explicitely write out "Interface\..." it should be all files

I don't think there is any restriction on SetTexture, some of the LUA functions have the path hardcoded
