yes, I mean my question is why this is not working, I make a frame that registers CHAT_MSG_ADDON event, then later send the addon message and nothing happens

or I need to first send addon message that states I want a message back (from other addon users) and then other addon users sendaddonmessage and then I can register it? I thought I could quickly just test the api because I am new to all of this.
