Some NPC flag, I know there's a PvP one that you can set that does it, probably a few others that I don't know

I think it should be:
UNIT_BYTES_2_OFFSET_PVP_FLAG, NPCs will apply that flag when their faction template reference has factionFlags & FACTION_TEMPLATE_FLAG_PVP
