so i could make an item, that is worth 1 silver of example, and make diferent vendors buy and sell for diferents values depending on the vendor

correct, client uses the dbc to display it so you wouldnt get the option for it to be dynamic. your best shot for dynamic stuff is core mods and some custom generating tooltips

you could use auras like jyria noted, but it's sorta hacky and wouldnt truly get across what u want
