or i guess you could rename it to 'base price' and then somewhere in the game explain that the sell price varies across the country, maybe like an onEnter theres some paper that gives the % tax of increase/decrease of certain country values

maybe it updates the tooltip to whatever current area you're in, using that custom tooltip rather than checking each time
