what i do its a book that teaches you the spell/talent any rank( if you want the rank 5 of the fireball) and yes it does

in the spell editor in spell class mask, you can target what spell is afected by the talent or another spell, like set cooldown to 0

giving a paladin talent to my priest and i tested it and it worked, i only tried passives, i havent yet tried to give a mage heroic strike or fireball to a paladin
