I'm looking into the dbc files but in SkillRaceClassInfo it looks like add spells, what i want it's to add this => a new slot after that i add in SkillLine dbc and a spell inside to test it, but you think i need to add on each class/race so ?

Nice, glad to hear that. Yeah, I got immediately that you're trying to add these tabs, the thing is the tabs are considered "skills". The reason why if you add frost bolt to warrior it goes to general is because warrior doesn't have the "skill" - Frost - allowed in SkillRaceClassInfo.dbc. By the way, fun fact, by the time of WotLK blizzard apparently stopped caring and all Death Knight tabs appear on all classes
