The only time I have ever had use for a cache that I had to refresh was with a redeemer that had a website front end integrated to it as well

With an entirely ingame system you should only ever have to load your cache data on startup and reloads

But you'd need to register a function to the event, and then write the code to delete the ticket from the table, and then call the eluna function to update the database async
