You can make other mounts do the same in the same way, but like I said it is not a single or chain of spells with effects through DBCs alone

Probably I would assume this could be done with a single script that reads DBC data, and then you could just attach the script to the base mount spell and the rest would just work tm

I don't have a lot of scripting knowledge so I doubt mine is done the best way, it gives a couple messages when you cast it that shouldn't be there, ("Interrupted" and "You are Mounted"), probably fixable, just haven't had a chance to look into it more, but other than that I did setup scaling mounts with Lua that works fairly well. You're welcome to use it as a basis if you have Eluna, spells I just copied from the Celestial Steed's different variants.

Currently I think may be enabled in Blood Elf/Draenei start areas by mistake since I'm targetting maps. Very much a prototype, just figured I'd throw it out as an example of how it works.

I would probably have used SpellScripts instead of a Player Cast event, but beyond that it is pretty much something like this that would be the simplest and I'd say sufficient solution
