EDIT:
it is a program that collects your WoW files and lets u explore anywhere in the world without mobs etc. but u can only go to places in the TBC if u have it installed
no u dont need an account
also shows u coord. of the game that u can use for zepplin route changing

if that doesnt work go and download http://glew.sourceforge.net/index.html
i have windows and that worked for me
i would restart your computer next
if that doesnt work open your log.txt file in the mapviewer folder and copy and paste wat it says here
