Quote: As the title says it all, im just going to give you the programs that is needed.
PROGRAMS:

BLP2PNG makes TGA to PNG in this case.

blp.rar the actual TGA-BLP converter.
HOW TO:
1)
Open BLP2PNG and where your TGA file(s) is and drag the TGA files on the BLP2PNG.
2)
It should like this, now we made TGA-PNG.
3)
Now go to the blp convertor and right click mass blp convert and click edit.
4)
Path\to\blpconverter.exe we are going to replace that with the actual path.
5)
But first we gotta drag these two files into the TGA and PNG file(s) are.
6)
Now add the path to blpconverter.exe into the mass blp converter like the picture and save and exit.
7)
Now click mass blp convertor and it should look like this. (making ur blp)
If everything worked well, GRATZ U GOT UR BLP.
