A lot of trash loot uses reference loot which has its own drop chance setting in the config, or at least it does on Trinity.

Im trying to add new talent boxes to my talent trees and the dbc wiki tells me this:
Note for modders : When edited, this DBC requires to be ordered properly to work, **your new row won't work if you add it at the end**. The correct ordering is : spec ID > tier >column
I set the tab, tier, column etc correct. but I do not know how to insert new lines in the middle of the rows. everytime I insert lines regardless of ID, they are added at the bottom. Any help appreciated. : )
