well, if you are doing replaces, you can try putting this helmet on another helmet that completely covers character's head, like these: https://www.wowhead.com/item=126393/warm...lm?bonus=0

probably they have geosetvisdata IDs set properly

if not, OR you are using different from blizzlike raceids, you can try to fix that by yourself by reading about these dbcs here, but if you are using blizzlike legion this should not be case
