Cross chat faction and grouping used to work but now it doesn't I have it set in my worldserver config but its still not working

I have unlocked so u can see talents at level 1 already, I assume this is the same?
But that was in the constants.lua file and I cant find anything about glyphs except for when to start seeing the glyph UI

i'm gonna guess it's either the order(more likely) or the ID
