for my project....i dont have much meaningful reasons just that php is my main language and i dont know c++ so this is easier and its integrated into website project so i can create gui on website to manage and work with dbcs and then when i update server it will just run as part of deployment and export dbcs into server folder and i would also like to automatically create new patch file in that process

there is also additional factor that im using linux and both server and web are running on linux so using windows tools to work with dbc especially in automated way is just pepega
