so if this is right and assuming header never changes so it can be just coppied from original then if i know what data type column is i can just convert it to binary and push it to end of file and build whole dbc right ? also assuming there is no compression

there is no compression in 3.3.5 dbc, the only complication is that at the end of the file there is a string table that all the string columns point to (both loc and non-loc columns)
