Hi all,
I have spent most of the day figuring this out, and after testing this on 2.0.1 it seems to be working like a charm. This is done by model switching so there are no 3rd party applications or anything required.
So here's the files to run:

Patch File - http://dodownload.filefront.com/6483...4f74d99957044e
Basically read the instructions for more info on what to do
Any questions please ask away.
The cons to doing this?
1) I'm not sure how safe you are from view on other players, I think the landscape is a little above Tirisfal but other people *might* be able to see you.
2) Mobs are still in the game so you might see a few of em around.
3) I can't find a way to zone into the Black Morass files, which by the way are included in the same patch file, but require that you log out somewhere with roughly the following locs: Black Morass (7142, -2005, 23)
I'm looking for someone who can provide a mirror, something like rapid share or verend for me as I don't have accounts on them.

No idea where it went to be honest, I doubt NTL have removed it unless it was auto removed by some cleanup bot or so. A mirror would be good if you can provide one? I can FTP it up to a temp ftp for you to download from if you want. The file is about 30MB big btw.
