what people currently do with light stuff is design values with wow machinima tool (allows you to change all the values ingame) and then copy the values into dbc

haha yeah, i wanted to edit an old fountain too to erase some things and replace some others but yeah, then you get the static water XD

someone mentioned you can add anims with hex editing but thats wayyyy over my head
