In Vanilla (not Classic), mobs with the same name, but different levels and living in different locations - are considered one mob in terms of drop items from it? For example, https://en.classic.wowhead.com/npc=547 Wowhead considers it one mob, and the game?

In Vanilla, addons do not have access to creature IDs. And I don't know Vanilla's server part, so I'm asking
