I copy my mpq files to my vserver, so my server runs on Linux. with the normal mpq files it worked back then

If I uploaded all the mpq files from my wow folder, it would work 100%, so the standard files are there

I'm not sure what you want us to suggest. The extractors are built to run from the full client
