haven't seen something so far... must be hacked in prb.
I think you want to be mounted while not getting dismounted in certain areas or when performing an action via right click... or attacking.
you wanna implement jousting?
hasn't blizzard implemented that in the call of the crusader or so?
maybe you can dig there a little bit

Jousting uses Vehicles which wouldn't work. I'm thinking of making a Divine Steed that doesn't prevent your attacking/casting of spells and instead gives a shield while mounted (shield expires = dismount) so you can feel like a real knight.
