3d model that will be a slightly curved plane shows just a few centimeters infront of a face of a player this way it wont matter if female or male this plane will have the texture of those petroleum stains over itself from average distance it will look like its over the face of the oil factory worker on very close up zooms it will be visible that it hovers just slightly above skin level but I would not personaly care for that 1 in 1000 who will start examining spell effects under microscope I think it would look fairy fine from healthy distance of a usual player view
