now to cut off a possibility. ik with vanilla the dbc is just client and the server reads the spell_template stuff. Would the ID in the spell.dbc being 32100 and the spell_template ID being 33393 be a potential issue?

it works, its very much probably because of the ids being mismatched between DB and DBC
