Anyway I did ask someone else some time ago, assuming it was more work than just file renaming, but was told otherwise...

anyone know what all dbc's i need to alter for a custom sound to work? adding the super mario bros power up sound effect, so far i have just added a new entry to the SoundEntries.dbc which did not work for me

Anyone know how to open the wow_classic_beta client? Downloaded the latest updated files from wow.tools/builds and verified I have the same version thats on http://us.patch.battle.net:1119/wow_clas...a/versions but get this error when trying to open the exe

Seems it was pointing to wow_beta cdn instead of wow_classic_beta cdn oddly enough
