Yeah, because open source helps to consolidate the effort between different server owners who are interested in improving the cores?

It's a different argument, opening a can of worms. It is definitely a legally grey area, but I believe it is fair use. The moment I get asked to stop it all gets stopped.

It's wrong for me to want my Map Makers to be paid? Because they are artists. Yes, they use Blizzard models and many of our own custom models. But, they assemble the art.
