I always question why people want to start yet another fork, yet another private project, yet another forum, etc -- fragmenting instead of trying to improve existing resources. The second topic is the profiteering - I don't believe in trying to make a profit from something which is quite clearly illegal and immoral. I don't think it's subjective, it's standard international law because _it is wrong_. Fair use is another matter, but fair use isn't profiteering.
