In some cases u can use a ingame command to reload some templates, but the worldserver does "snapshot" alot of data so it would need a restart depending on the edits. But overall most of SQL is live but it does call for data from .DBC files and editing those would require a restart to work properly with the SQL edits, Like Enchants and Items for example

Each world update increments the world database 'version' table. So when you apply updates it knows that update has been applied

In TC it is configurable whether SQL updates are applied automatically on startup

Sometimes the mmaps, vmaps, or map version might change, or there might be new config to uptake etc

bit late, but `...` = optional number of arguments, so it is trying to select from this optional set of arguments

well i could explain my situation here directly if ur able to give insight.
so, I have modified and built the core files required for a 12th class, added the necessary race and class creation information in the SQL database , and the DBCs are the same on client and server - yet i get the same error message. Is there something else?
