oh, and your wow.exe must be named exactly "wow.exe" (or something else depending on what version you downloaded)

But I think the problem real is in it, because I’m create new lightparams without changing Int and FloatBand dbc

your new lightparams will end up referencing non-existing rows in the band dbcs because they're index based, so you get null (black) values would be my guess
