i tried one from balkron...patch with npc textures is locked....can't get them

I was unable to properly get Laviathan's working no matter what i did. We got the races working but it would mess up the NPCs really bad. Then we resolved that and found a bunch of issues with characters again ... we gave up on that one. We did get it working once, with a 100% default race setup and no other patches that messed with races.

yea i have the same one, cause its flawless on my end, and with what i just discovered, ill be able to make tweaks to the tables and rename them to their functionnal numbers
