just read the sql, no more worries about the files. then 1 program to run that export all of them to dbc and packages

msot DBCs are not required anymore and moved to DB already, and you can do the missing ones yourself it's pretty easy to do

pretty sure most/all dbcs are read and utilized still (atleast on TC, i know AC had a goal of doing this already)
