yeah got that but do i need to sum all the race ids in 1st in order to affect all of them and to get bitmask of that sum?

i used 1791 for all races on mine but I realized later that the gun text was still red bc even though I have the ability to use guns, my character never learned the spell for guns

well i have races from 1-17 ids so that is why i ask....idk how to make bitmask.... (well i even did bitmask for like 22+ since we had at some point ids over 21 but that is another story)

using that and their help on here, I was able to sort of understand. The question I have left is why some skills have these huge numbers on their racemask, are there numbers for npcs etc
