For now I'm going to backup that file so I have a reference, remove the erronous entries (those 3 entries) and then reorder the 2 left over like you said.

I removed the 3 erronous ones, I reordered the WMO IDs of the two left, I saved, etc. I test, didn't work, I open the DBC file again, the 3 entries are back, all entries now have 8 digit IDs. :/
