It's also more secure as you're using RSA encryption instead of RDP plus GUIs take up resources while CLI takes up very little. That's more hardware resources for the WoW server.

CLI only runs when you need to use it, Windows Explorer runs all the time.

sounds good to me, plus from what ive seen windows costs a bit more for vps and dedi's so it would def help me out to switch some time soon

That's because of the licensing which to be honest isn't a requirement for a WoW server as they can be compiled to run on a GNU/Linux system.

azcore was pretty simple, i only had trouble with it as the guide got a bit too vague for a newbie like me at one point, then the rest was smooth sailing
