If this is the case then... despite studying databases, seeing databases of other systems, I've never seen 2 entries together like this before.

They're just set for each WMO group object, and the root WMO also has its own id which is the header of the group sort of

basically WMOid = root WMO id, WMogroupid = ID set in each group object of that WMO

Btw... I use Noggit Red and if I click on a WMO object and then go to the Info detail UI, it will display a unique ID for that WMO. I've been using that when adding entries for WMOs to the table, maybe I'm doing it wrong but I'm pretty sure that's what I'm supposed to do.
