That happens when you're in an area that has no Area assigned to it. I don't have experience downporting ADTs but are you sure the AreaTable.DBC entries that were used on that island have been created?

There are like 6 areas of the map with their own Area IDs and the map seems to be assigned to those areas and those areas seem to come under that map. Here are my DBC files.
