Quote: I tried a race/gender switch from human male to blood elf female, and it all worked out okay, but the beard is still there. The textures underneath the beard are how they should be, but I can't figure out how to remove the beard.. could anyone help me?
The hair texture is kinda screwed up as well.

Quote: I used Snuggles guide found http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...s-abuse-d.html
I didn't have an issue sucessfuly changing the character model, but it was a bit buggy to say the least.
I changed my Tauren Male model to a Gnome Male model to clarify. When I logged in I notice my Gnome was not wearing shoes, his helmet was quite bigger than it should have been and when I took it off the top of his head was cut off. Also, when I move the feet on my gnome move so slow, so it looks as if he is moving around slow, but he's not.
Helmet to Big: http://img293.imageshack.us/my.php?image=lol5wk5.jpg
Head cut off: http://img186.imageshack.us/my.php?image=wtfgfg2.jpg
Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Quote: I'm still trying to get MyWarCraftStudio to work.. The problem is that when I try to open the MWCS it crashes and I get this error message (the message doesn't say anything), and after I've read all the posts in this thread I saw that you said something about deleting the M2Craft.dll file to remove all the errors but I still get this error message when I open MWCS.
I've also tryed to open the common.mpq file but I don't know what program to open it with (MWCS doesn't work).
Would really appreciate if you could help me.
