i had same problem....but when some1 sent me files ,after like 3 times or so, somehow model appeared....idk what was the problem ,nor anyone told us

i still have problem with adding new models ... and process coulnd't be any simpler.....so i guess it has something to do with programs that convert files....maybe it fails
