So should I copy over the ID 51 (Orc male) in CreatureModelData? It's that model that I need. But I don't remember needing to do this at all, I should be able to just use ID 51 in CreatureDisplayInfo right?

I honestly think the problem is just that somehow my updated dbc is not used

Fixed it! Just named the patch 'patch-z' to ensure it was being loaded last.
Need to figure out what other patch of mine overrides it.
