I've done it myself couse i'm in search of a mod like this for a couple of weeks and i've not found anything

But there is the mpq for draenei. Someone that is "more skilled" than me can try to use that file do to something for you.
The folder and file that the draenei use are minor and different than the other races for what i've seen now.
